Off My Hinge is a media and production company based in New York City dedicated to producing informative, data-driven content and content strategy. Our in house content focuses on raising awareness on how we approach relationships and communication in a post-pandemic, digital world. We lead with one guiding mission: to help young people navigate their relationships, and their identities within them, with more honesty, confidence, and care.

As an in-house production and media company, we are proud to produce content that is engaging, accessible, and educational, sparking conversations that matter and equipping audiences with research-backed tools and advice to prioritize the quality of their connections and the boundaries they set within relationships. Our Team

Abigail Goodin: CEO

Abigail holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Design and Production Management from Parsons School of Design and oversees all core company operations and partnerships as well as content research. She brings a wealth of international experience in the media and entertainment industries from companies such as Paramount Plus and Operabase as well as from hands-on, boutique media strategy and consulting clients.

Genevieve Skolds

Genevieve holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University. She oversees all content scheduling, SEO and social strategies and channels and digital advertising at Off My Hinge. She has managed and overseen digital marketing campaigns across beauty, fashion and communication sectors that have significantly increased social engagement across platforms, crafting data driven strategies that pair creative vision with measurable, reliable growth.

Ayden Williams

Ayden holds a BFA from the University of Michigan’s Performing Arts Technology program and oversees the editing of all raw audio and visual content, ensuring optimal quality of the content we create. Ayden brings expertise in Adobe Suite, music production and audio engineering in addition to conducting comparative production analysis of dating-based and interview-based social media content.

Shadai Plowden

Shadai holds a Bachelors in Communications and Strategic Message Design from SUNY Purchase College and leads our social media content creation and editing team. Shadai uses tools such as Adobe Suite and Final Cut Pro to ensure the highest quality of content production across both video and print content and has experience producing viral content with emerging brands and creators by harnessing organic growth and action strategies.
